The idea
What shaped you?
Family. Culture. Neighborhoods. Relationships. Workplaces. Systems. The people around you.
What patterns did that create?
How you learned to survive, cope, react, lead, avoid, perform, or protect yourself.
What belongs to you now?
Understanding what shaped you isn't the same as using it as an excuse. Awareness has to become ownership.
What are you building from here?
Faith, fitness, mental health, structure, relationships, discipline, community — building materials, not slogans.
Why Roe
Roe doesn’t speak at people. He builds enough trust to speak with them — then asks something of them.
His story opens the door. His perspective is what happens once it’s open. That combination reaches people other speakers struggle to reach: the executive who looks fine and privately isn’t, the young person who’s done listening to authority, the person sitting inside a facility with no reason to trust anyone in front of the room.
The language changes. The humanity doesn’t.
Bring Roe in
Roe opens with what shaped him, moves into what he sees, and leaves the room with something to own. Conferences, organizational and employee events, schools and colleges, behavioral health, reentry programs, community events, churches. Moderated conversations and panels where they fit.
Keynote titles and descriptions are being finalized.
If the keynote opens the conversation, the workshop helps people apply it — environment and behavior, identity, accountability, structure, and practical change. Available after a keynote or on its own.

The story
Roe was born while his mother was incarcerated. Instability, addiction, and broken environments shaped most of his early life. Eventually those patterns became his own — addiction, overdoses, repeated incarceration, roughly seven years locked up.
Then recovery. Faith. Accountability. Structure. Education. Fitness. Community. Work. Not one dramatic turnaround — years of rebuilding, and still going.
Today he brings what he learned into rooms where people are navigating their own version of change.
