MY STORY
I was born in prison.
From the start, instability wasn’t an obstacle, it was the environment. Addiction, broken systems, and survival shaped my early years long before I had language for them. I learned early how easy it is to lose direction when structure is missing.
As I got older, those patterns caught up to me. Addiction took hold. Poor decisions followed. I was incarcerated and faced the consequences of the life I was living. At that point, there were no shortcuts left, only responsibility.
Recovery didn’t arrive as a moment of inspiration. It came through discipline. Structure. Honest conversations. Learning how to show up consistently when it would have been easier to quit or deflect blame. Rebuilding trust with myself and with others became daily work.
Over time, that work changed everything.
Today, I work with individuals, teams, and organizations who are tired of surface-level motivation and ready for real change. My approach is grounded in lived experience and reinforced through leadership, community work, and years of accountability-focused practice.
I don’t promise quick fixes. I help people build clarity, structure, and systems that hold under pressure, because that’s what lasting change actually requires.

Direct Peer Recovery Support
Provided structured peer recovery support to 50+ individuals navigating addiction, accountability, and reintegration. Focused on consistency, system navigation, and long-term stability.
Supervisory Leadership
Promoted to oversee 25+ Peer Recovery Support Specialists delivering services across hundreds of active clients. Ensured accountability standards, ethical delivery, and structured support systems.

Led peer support growth in Minnesota and Ohio, contributing to service oversight supporting:
